Booking Partner — Transparent Refund Process

As a Booking Partner for Birla Dharamshala, we manage cancellations and refunds in coordination with the property management. Our goal is to ensure a transparent process for every pilgrim.

Festival and peak-season cancellations may follow stricter rules. Please confirm the applicable timeline with our booking desk before completing your reservation.

1. Cancellation Process

To cancel a reservation made through our partner desk, you must contact +91 82958 66519. Since we are the marketing and booking facilitators, all refund requests are processed through our team after verification with the property.

2. Refund Windows

Refunds are calculated based on how far in advance your cancellation request reaches us:

72 Hours+ before arrival

facilitation fee applies

90% Refund

24 – 72 Hours before arrival

of the booking amount

50% Refund

Under 24 Hours before arrival

amount is non-refundable

No Refund

3. Partner Liability

Our liability is limited to the facilitation of the refund. We work closely with the dharamshala to ensure your money is returned as per the agreed timelines (usually 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment).

4. How to Request a Refund

Call our reservation desk or write to us at the email below. Kindly share your booking reference, dates and the room type so we can process your request quickly.
