Refund & Cancellation Policy
As a Booking Partner for Birla Dharamshala, we manage cancellations and refunds in coordination with the property management. Our goal is to ensure a transparent process for every pilgrim.
1. Cancellation Process
To cancel a reservation made through our partner desk, you must contact +91 8617248041. Since we are the marketing and booking facilitators, all refund requests are processed through our team after verification with the property.
2. Refund Windows

3. Partner Liability
Our liability is limited to the facilitation of the refund. We work closely with the dharamshala to ensure your money is returned as per the agreed timelines (usually 7-10 business days).
